Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

we have experiencing that the battery life of EliteBook G8 is not good as the battery was working in g4 g3 etc.... 

while the other product could last very longer and the current product which we are using (EliteBook g8) is not having good battery.  what is the reason? and it is not only one or some we have 70 laptops all of them are the same.

No joke - BIOS/Firmware update with the BMC update.

Run HP Image Assistant on one of your devices and see what can be updated, the most recent as of today:

https://hpia.hpcloud.hp.com/downloads/hpia/hp-hpia-5.1.8.exe

We had G5 with bulky batteries. Thankfully, everything was covered under warranty, and the fix was a BMC fix in the BIOS/Firmware of the Notebook.
