Hello , In my HP support assistant, warranty info is not shown correctly. Warranty status is shown as pending and warranty expiration data is blank. (se attached screenshot), When i used virtual assistant and inquired my warranty status, it provided me all the information correctly. (see attached screenshot). also second issue is product number shown in my system is 87C50EA#ABD while wherever product number is required to be given (during product registration, for virtual assistant support) product is not found with this product number, i have tried 87C50EA# which has been accepted, I am not sure why, it should accept the full product number.
