Product: HP EliteBook 2740p Tablet PC

hello dear friend's i have this laptop and after upgrade memory RAR from 4gb to 8gb and added one same memory with same number's same manufacter the windows don't boot attall....i put back the memory who has before and work all ok........

any advice friend's?
