Wonder if I am the only one that has difficulties with the HP site.
Try to find help for a HP RP2 retail system model 2030. I have four of them with the same problem
Not able to get any information or help.

Thanks for the reply.
Only some general info and trouble shooting found and nothing that helps me further.
Still think the HP side is very complicated and not easy to use.
We have for different POS supplyers and non of them are so complicated and frustrating as HP.
No strait awnsers, No handy helpdesk that respond within a week etc.
For me HP stil stands for High prices-Poor aftersales

i'll just note that in both of your posts you fail to state just what problem you are having and that when provided direct links to several pages on your product and the link to the full documentation page you are still complaining about something without being specific about just what you want help with
this website tries to be helpful to as many users as possible but it's not going to work for everyone all of the time for all issues
for those like you having problems you might want to briefly describe what your problem is so people can possibly provide some useful help on that problem

Thanks for the reply.
I have four HP RP2 Retail System model 2030. When i switch them on you see a brief flash of the white HD LED and the little white power LED comes on and then nothing happens.
So, i try to get information, and if this same problem occoured als by other customers, and if they found a sulution.
The awnser I got back from HP is to send the units in for investigation. But the machines has no warranty and the research cost ( as everything by HP) a lot of money and i can charge my clients with that high costs.
I have a lot of others systems from diferent brands but no one has such a complicate site and after sales as HP.
Excuse me for my language but Dutch is my native language

BTW you should always state your native language when on a site that's not in your native language although i have to say your posts in english on this "US" site are extremely good

Lights blink or speaker beeps but the computer does not start

same issue on one RP2, when pressing the power button nothing happens. Only the HDD-LED is on as long as I press the power-button. when I release the button, the LED goes off.
What happened before? The system was running well for at least 5 years. The AC supply was down for two days and after this time the RP2 did not start. Even the harddsik does not spin up (no noise). Tried Harddisk on an external adapter - works fine!
Any suggestions?
