Here is the manual for that PC line

https://content.etilize.com/User-Manual/1038015312.pdf

On page 3 of the manual it states:

When a graphics card is installed in one of the system board slots, the video connectors on the graphics card and/or the
integrated graphics on the system board may be used. The specific graphics card installed and software configuration will
   determine the behavior

Since this is a business class PC, that behavior is different than a consumer PC.  On a consumer PC the onboard graphics are disabled when a graphics card is installed.  I saw on another listing that the graphics card must be setup when ordered from the HP vendor, which I assume is part of this capability.  Read thru the manual to see if they discuss this particular feature.  Part of that setup would be in the BIOS settings.  If you have this PC and there is no graphics card installed, then verify that these setting can be done by the user, as the listing stated it must be done when it is ordered.
Scroll down to the "Optional" heading under the heading "Intel HD Graphics (integrated)"

That PC is a Business Class unit.  Depending on the options that were picked at purchase, it might have two graphics cards installed, which could give 4 monitor support.

This one indicates that two NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 730 are installed.  Please tell what is installed in the model that is in question.

Hi Dean (The Old Man),

Thanks for your reply.

This TopValue HP ED 800 G3 SFF PC model does not have any graphics cards installed as standard.  At the moment there are the simply the 2 DisplayPort outputs available as standard on the motherboard.

According to the QuickSpec, the optional NVIDIA GT 730 2GB graphics card would add another 2 outputs.

For the avoidance of doubt, can I check whether we need to add 2 off NVIDIA GT 730 cards - or can we combine 1 off NVIDIA GT 730 card with the 2 off DisplayPort ports to obtain a total of 4 monitor outputs?
