I just bought a 2nd hand GPU Rx 580 with 8gb memory and it works perfect on all benchmarks and tested very carefully it passes all test
Now in my hp z440 I get this error after a couple of hours gaming i removed the card and inserted it again and still got the same error after a while
I also upgraded my cpu from e5 1660v3 to e5 2690 v4 and updated bios successfully
Any help with this issue?

the error you reference is almost always caused by add in peripherals (such as your video card)
usually caused by improper card insertion or poor contacts on the card or perhaps the pci-e slot
try cleaning the card/pci-e slot connectors with the PROPER cleaning solution such as this one
https://www.amazon.com/Hosa-G5S-6-DeoxIT-Contact-Enhancer/dp/B00FC4YO60
using the wrong type of cleaner will cause many more problems, so only use the proper type cleaner for gold electronic parts cleaning!!!
if you have another x16 pci-e slot try that one
if cleaning different slot does not resolve, then the video card is most likely going bad to the point that it's causing random errors
I've looked and there appears to be no reported issues of a incompatibility with that card model and your computer model so the issue being with the card appears to be the root issue
