From your computer's QuickSpecs:
"I/O Slots Full Height Mini PCIe x1 One (used by optional Wireless LAN module)" This might indicate that it is a modified slot used only for wireless LAN. This is the option's description: "HP 802.11 a/b/g/n PCIe Minicard Wireless Module and Bluetooth® Combo available as an option." If they kept that slot as a standardized interface then it might work fine even though it was was likely never meant for your USB3 intent. These projects... you'll never know until you try it. Let us know...
You want this service manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03745665
These AIO computers are larger and a bit better to work on than a HP laptop, but all is still a tight fit, and routing of wires, penetrating the case, etc. may simply not be worth the effort, time, risk, and cost.

i was not going to mention these minipcie to usb cards because they will require some way to route the end of the cable to outside of the case
with that said, they do work quite well and are usually sold to programers/developers
ebay has them along with aliexpress
and here's one that has a normal usb 3.0 connector instead of the 19pin to dial usb connector cable that the first one uses
both adapters assume they are installed in a pcie 3.0 bus based system to reach their full rated speeds but should work in a pcie 2.0 bus at reduced speed
the hp 8200 AIO is a pcie 2.0 based system from what i can see in the spec sheet
i think that as long as only one usb 3.0 device is attached to this usb adapters, you will see slightly greater speeds than what the onboard usb 2.0 ports supply
my recommendation,.........................try the sec link with the card that has a single usb 3.0 header on it and buy a premade usb male to female cable to go from the card to just outside th AIO case this way only a small opening the size of the usb cable is needed
my other suggestion is to REPLACE the existing 8200 AIO motherboard with a 8300 AIO motherboard if they are the same in size and port connections the 8300 AIO has usb 3.0 onboard (it appears they use different boards)
or just buy a 8300 AIO
