Product: HP Z640 Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After +2 days no start PC, to bootup by second try, first time fails

After no other problems 

Detailed 

1st boot

Logo hp only after 10sec black screen 

During black screen keyboard no lights, only mouse lights

Force shutdown 

2nd time always boot ok, 

Changed CMOS Motherboard battery but is not this, again same, measure old battery and is working ok +3V, well?
