Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After adding RAM memory to my "new" HP Z420, it would not complete startup and blinked 6 short bleeps, repeating 4 times. I there a page on the process to add RAM in the HP website?

six beeps is not a memory error

 

As i recall the z420's 6 beep error is caused by a video initialization error

 

the system is reporting it was unable to successfully access the video card correctly
