Product: HP t420 Thin Client

Good afternoon,
I have a problem when I try to update the agent on the T.Client T420 or send an image, I get an error "Agent rejected the task due to authentication error on HPDM Gateway".
The Thin Clients have agent version 4.7 and the HPDM server has version 5.0.9.
