Product: HP Z620 Workstation

I usually run my Z620 headless. Is there any BIOS setting combination that will get it to reliably ignore whether a keyboard is present, so it doesn't pause on a 301-Keyboard Error after a reboot? The settings I have now do bypass the error after a power-on POST, but I still get 301's after a reboot. Anyone have any ideas? The 1980s have called all of my PS/2 keyboards back...
