Product: Prodesk 600 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have just acquired a Prodesk 600 G4, 16 mb ram 258 GB M2 SSD and am trying to add another M2 SSD in the second slot, however the computer is not recognising it.
The BIOS is Q22 ver 02.30.00 dated 12/31/2024 and I note in the BIOS setup the two M2 slots are ticked which reading the question mark says slots are not discoverable by the system, however the computer is booting from the installed SSD. Should the slots, or at least, the second slot be ticked or not.
Any help on getting the second SSD to work would be most appreciated as its driving me crazy
