I have an hp desktop computer and I updated the bios from the official website and the power went out on the computer and it never worked after this. This is the hp motherboard   LINCS MB 17514-1 REV A 348. 0A817. 0011 need your help, thanks

if your bios update was interrupted before completion, then you will most likely have to replace the motherboard if the system is out of warranty, look on ebay or aliexpress (if in warranty contact HP) or try to find a local repair shop who has the ability to remove the existing bios chip from the motherboard and burn a replacement bios chip and then install the new bios chip

 

neither of the two solutions above are cheap, you may find it more practical to replace the entire system
