Keep getting the below since the biometrics stopped working. It worked OK in Win 10 when bought recently then I upgraded to Win 11 and it kept working for a while. I suspect an update has caused this to occur?
The driver is the latest version and I have tried the usual Updating, Disabling and Uninstalling to no avail. The driver is said to be working properly. Hence, I think it may be a Win 11 issue. Any assistance from someone who has seen/solved this issue would be appreciated. Cheers.
