Product: HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Suddenly after 13 months of quick and successful bootups after a power cut, now it appears my machine will not boot up.
Power cuts are about 5~10 times a year where I live. Up until last month my workstation always restarted reliably after a power cut. Now however, since last month "HP Surestart" screen just hangs.
I tried intervening with 10second PowerButton to kill the hang but the same hang outcome occured again and again.
Finally, in desperation, I decided to just leave the message hanging. It takes around 10 to 15 minutes, and then continues to perform it's recover/startup.
Is this normal? Or is there something needing attention?
