Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

3 weeks ago I bought an HP Z1 G9 tower workstation and 2 x 23.8" monitors for £2350.

When they arrived, the desktop, and both monitors didn't work.

I reported it immediately and despite being escalated to Customer Relations, I still have a useless system on my desk.

I want someone to come and bring me a new one and replace the monitors, install it to ensure it all works within 48 hours or I will be taking HP to court for satisfaction.

All I heard from HP in the first week after I complained was 2 emails asking for feedback on how well you had done. Sadly there was no option to leave a zero star review.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬"
