This machine has 2 PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, can it run two Tesla P40 GPUs for machine learning task?

not that hard to go to the nvidia webpage or use google and find out the wattage the p40 draws at max which is 250 watts per card
think you can look at the HP "quickspecs" and see if your system has any approved dual video card configuration that matches this wattage using the stock or optional upgraded power supply
(hint, look at the nvidia quadro P series cards then the listed systems hardware config power draw)
which is 250 watts/515 watts the RTX 8000 card is also approved in single/dual configurations
note the dual config for some video cards may have some restrictions on allowed configurations
