Product: HP Z620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I've been trying to download HP Z620 latest BIOS from software but it keep giving me this error:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100699.exe

This site can’t be reached

ftp.hp.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE

And I've tried to download other stuff too but still the same issue.
I did test this on different browsers too, still the same.

Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Hi, Sina:

 

The HP worldwide servers are not working, except in the USA.

 

The problem has been reported to HP.

 

For now, since you just need that one file, I have zipped up and uploaded the BIOS file you posted to my Skydrive folder and shared the link with you below.

Download, unzip and run the file labeled sp100699.
