HP Recommended

After I type my password it goes to a blue screen with only the time and date on it. There is no toolbar or anything to proceed with. If I click anywhere on the screen it goes right back to asking my password. I was able to login in fine a few days ago. I am working off my cell phone hotspot. Thanks for any suggestions
