You can tell manufacturer date of your machine using its serial number. Please using the following way to get its s/n

   https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

Now, look at 4th, 5th and 6th positions you should see they have YWW format (Y for year from 0 to 9, WW for week from 00 to 52). Now you can work out the date

For example 843

•  Y = 8, that means it can be 2008 or 2018 you should be able to pick the right year ,
• WW = 43, that manes week 43, now you know when
