Is it possible to swap case ini prodesk 600 g3 mt and second can I change it to normal PSU when I can change?

I'm currently in the process of attempting exactly that, and I'm having no luck. These systems were made to only really work in their original case using the proprietary PSU. It's going to take a lot of work to find a case that can accommodate the PSU. Especially with the short P2 cable,
