HP ProDesk 400 G7 Small From Factor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I would like to change Boot option in BIOS from UEFI to Lagacy boot (version BIOS 02.04.01;HP ProDesk 400 G7 SFF) I tried to downgrade BIOS but it doesn't work - same result.(In Security - > Secure Boot Configuration - Secure Boot I put tick and without same result)

I would like it for deployment wim ISO through Network PXE by SCCM

Before I tried use decision from community, but I have no this option in my BIOS like that.

Please give me any advices. Thank you.

reset bios back to defaults, and both legacy/UEFI will be enabled

if not then disable TPM in the bios, not all systems allow you to do this via the bios you may need to use the BCU app under windows to change this setting

you MUST create BIOS administrator's password if you want to change some features in the BIOS and/or save the changes to be permanent.
While it doesn't matter if you are doing changes in the BIOS by entering BIOS directly or using HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) you are in both approaches required to provide BIOS administrator's password to change and save some features.

Yes, bios has been reseted to defaults. Nothing result.

Yes, TPM has been disabled. Noting result too.

Yes, password for bios has been created. Nothing result. New options didn't appear.

When I press F3 I load BCU? There are just settings of MAC address NIC and check health controller of RAID.

Has anyone been able to solve the problem? I also have the same problem on this model, I contacted technical support by phone but they could not give me an explanation.
On the 400 G6 SFF model, am also 290 G1 and G2 the legacy boot option was present and I had no problem.

Hello! Yes, it's issue resolved. So we have provlem with network area. Before it (pxe deployment) need to check configuration of network. Our PC didn't get IP address. We need to check configuration of network. If need to request details from network engineer. Thank you all for advices.
