We have the issue with Citrix Receiver 4.5 or higher that dragging windows from one screen to the other screen is very slow .When using receiver 4.4 there is no issue.
Already an forum topic on citrix without a fix:
https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/381578-receiver-45-dual-screen-slow-on-thin-client/
Power options are already on hight performance.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Ahh Citrix. 🙂 You could try HP's RGS! //end shamless plug.
Best to open a case with Citrix first.
Then, if needed, open a support case with the HP Thin Clinet team and tell them to escalate it ip to "3LS". (3rd Level Support.)
They can see if there is a problem with the OS and/or work with Citrix and the case they have to see where the problem is.
(I've worked cases with Citrix before and this always the best way.)
