Hello guy's
I have a Compaq Proliant 800 Server, hardware like array controller, scsi disks and motherboard are all fine. The original Compaq cd's (v5.40) which i have include both the cd's with Smartstart on it and 1 smartstart diskette.
I want to start the Compaq utility to access the disks, but it does not boot from the supplied CDs?
Getting the error systemdisk or disk error. The Smart arry controller find all 5 disk's but not configured yet offcourse
My question is do i need the 4 diskette's i believe you need to startup that utility?
Tryed different versions but no go from cd.
I really like to get allong with this great piece of retro but i am stuck right now
Best regards,
Patrick
