I've seen that gt 1030 is compatible for my prodesk if I don't want to change the power supply, and I have also heard that the  i7-7700K cpu is the best for my pc so I'm wondering  if I get the gpu AND the cpu will I have to change to a bigger power supply?

Someone help me out🙏

@NLCknown,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Yes, you can upgrade your HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF with an i7-7700K and install a GT 1030 powered by your 180-watt power supply.

However, the thing to worry about is heat.  Your SFF only has one cooling fan -the one mounted on top of your CPU heatsink.  Since an i7-7700K produces more heat, more air cooling is necessary. One way to remedy this, is to mount an additional cooling fan on top of the access panel directly over the CPU heatsink, blowing air in (down), like I did with one of my earliest upgrade projects with an HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF:

You can purchase the parts (4-pin PWM fan splitter power cable, 90mm fan, finger guard) online, such as via AliExpress.
