I have updated the bios In my computer but in the middle of installing it it froze , when I restarted it gave me 9 beeps at the power light staying green , fans will Rev up after 1 minute of being on

you have not updated your bios, what happened is you interrupted a bios update which resulted in a corrupted bios your motherboard is now a brick (non functional) while it might be possible to recover,.. the time and effort is not worthwhile when a working replacement motherboard can be found on ebay for under 30.00
lesson learned............................never ever interrupt a bios update!!!
sec lesson make sure the CORRECT BIOS update is used
third lesson, make sure you know HOW TO UPDATE, a common mistake is to run a bios updater that was made for windows 7 under windows 10 which may not run right resulting in a bricked motherboard.
learn how to do a bios update via DOS/USB key which is OS agnostic, or from within the computer's bios itself (if it offers that option)
