After installing the newest NVIDIA driver from https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

Conflicting Driver in AVG Ultimate > AVG DRIVER UPDATER: NVIDIA Driver

not really a issue here as the screen photos plainly show the AVG driver application flagging the newer 32.0.15.7342 driver as older than the 31.0.15.2889 driver

 

this might also be due to this series quadro card offering two different driver sets, a "production branch and a WHQL branch

 

i recommend you install the nvidia app and ditch the avg driver app there are better ways to check for current drivers such as the MS "winget" application
