Product: HP ProLiant DL120 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

hi dear

When I turn on the server DL120G7, the HP logo screen stops and the fans are running at Maximum power.

I also changed the motherboard and it did not matter.

Any ideas and tips to help me?

wrong company, HP split into two separate companies quite a few years ago

 

you need to contact HP Enterprise for servers not HP inc (this site)

last, it's quite normal for a server to pause on the logo screen for a while as it performs startup checks i've seen some servers take 5 minutes to complete startup checks before starting the OS
