that's just it, there is only a bios driver on that 590-p0127cb page, im getting ready to verify the bios version and see if it needs updated.

and the hardware ID for the video adapter [onboard, no separate card] is

You want the latest Intel UHD driver on the support page, which appears to be this one:

HP doesn't even have the right BIOS update on the actual model's support page.

 

The BIOS update is for a PC with a ROM Family SSID 8433

 

According to the specs the PC has a Lincs motherboard with a SSID: 843B.

You can also find the latest 843B BIOS update on the 590-p0000i support page.
