I can't tell from the picture if you just remove it and power-on for a second or if you move it to a set of pins next to where it is now???

Hi, Reo
Thank you for your reply.
I turn off computer, remove the password jumper. turn on, it keeps ask me password.
I turn off computer, move the password jumper to another pin. turn on, it keeps ask me password.
If I type error code for 3 times, no halt code appears.
Thanks
Jason

Try removing the CMOS/RTC battery and remove the jumper and then move it.
Just like you did before but this time remove the CMOS/RTC battery first.
Just a note: I noticed your model has a push button to clear the BIOS.
Power-on and push the little buton below the Cmos/RTC battery.

Hi, Reo
Thank you for your help.
Finally, our IT team found the key, saved my life.
Thanks anyway.
I noticed that the bios disabled the jumper to clear the password.
I hope the information could help too.
I tried to remove battery too, it doesn't work.
Thanks
