Hi all,

 

I've taken over management of about 200 HP Thin Clients and i know the previous administrator had rebuilt the device manager and i've got 3 devices showing as broken. If i look at the settings on these they seem to show a different HPDM Gateway ID than then non broken one's so i'm suspecting that's the issue but firstly am i correct in this and secondly how do i change this so it points to the correct one (ideally remotely as they are in a far away land) !
