Hi:
W10 does not come with DVD playing software like W7 did.
You can use the free VLC DVD playing software from the Microsoft Store.

Thank you so much for the help. That was sure simple. I thought the problem was that I just didn't have an app to make the DVD work. You explained the problem very clearly, no support in W10. Then you gave a solution, go get VLC. Done deal. Thanks.
