Product: HP Z8 G4
Operating System: Linux
Hi,
I started up 3x of our HPZ8 G4 workstations this morning for the 1st time after being in a store room for 3 months after purchase.
The PC's powered on but boot in the following sequence:
- HP Screen
- Loaded MegaRaid
- Restarted
- Stopped with the Drive Lock Pin Key as attached.
Please not this is the very 1st time we start these up.
The Machine are still under warranty and I cant seem to register them under support. We cant use these machines at the moment. We have also not enabled Drivelock.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
Thanks
