Product: Eliteone G1 1000 34 Inch All In One

Following incorrect manipulation in the OSD menu of my Eliteone 1000 g1 34 inch:

1- The eliteone screen no longer displays anything

2- The OSD menu of the screen is not available.

 

I plugged in a second monitor; I was able to switch to this second screen.

The main screen stays black...the second screen will not show any settings, windows or options - just the desktop.

 

I am therefore looking for a good soul who would know:

1/Provide me with a document detailing the OSD menu

2/Or the series of pressures on the various OSD buttons to reset this screen (reset to factory settings of the screen via OSD menu)

3/Or how to fix the ddc/ci setting
