I would like to register an HP portal account where I could log in and manage my cases such as create new case, check existing case, update and etc. After login, it said that Email ID not registered in the portal. I try and Register but get User with email xxxx@xxxxxxx.xxxx already exists. For more information go to our FAQ page.

If I understand you correctly, you cannot login to MyHPSupport. I think I can help, but I need to know a bit more.
Did you recently register with MyHPSupport or have you had an account for more than 6 months? Were you able to complete the registration?

Thank you for replying.
Yes, I am about to register at https://mycrm.support.hp.com/ but it shown error "Register your external account Email ID not registered in the portal". However, it does not allowed me to Register and it said "User with email xxxx@xxxxxxx.xxxx already exists. For more information go to our FAQ page."
