I have a dedicated gpu (gt 740) and while this works I need to be able to access the onboard gpu as well i have all operating system updates and bios updates. Thanks in advance.

on most early intel graphic enabled cpu chips, installing a descrete video card will auto disable the intel based graphics this is controled by the bios and can not be changed from it's preset behaviour
your system is one of these,..... it's q65 based chipset came out in early 2011
