Z2 SFF G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received a couple of brand new Z2 SFF G5 computers this past week. The Windows 10 system installed on the computer is required to be scrubbed and an ISO image from our company needs to be installed via a USB stick.

I have tried all of the keys to interrupt the boot process, ESC, F2, F9, F10 and F12 with no success. The ESC , pressed approximately 18 times, causes the computer to beep once and then it seems to lock up. The other keys have been pressed up to 40 times with no interrupt.

I've tried to vary when I start to press the keys, waiting for the monitor to come to life, upon starting the computer, waiting for the fist flicker of the hard drive, just before the hard drive light flickers and on and on.

I then decided to let the computer install Windows and when thru the GUI to change the Boot Order.  I also enable the POST beep. Still the computer will not boot from the USB stick. (The USN stick is EFI boot as well)

Now the computer will boot with a single beep after about 5 seconds and nothing. The computer will not with a USB stick nor into Windows.

I've tried to reset the BIOS back with no success and also the CMOS, pulling the battery and following HP's instruction for that. Can't find any instructions on the correct method for using the

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
