I am using HP Compaq dc7800 Small Form Factor, even my internet is working, do i need to download and install Ethernet driver software?

You're all set.  Your device manager is free of devices needing drivers.

Hi:

 

It is not necessary to do so, if your ethernet connection is working fine.

 

You can right click on that update, and select hide update and you won't be bothered with it anymore.

 

If the other device drivers you need that are hidden by your other info in the screenshot are named PCI Serial Port and PCI Simple Communications Controller, then you need these drivers for those 2 devices...

 

This package contains the Intel Active Client Manager Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) device driver for the supported desktop models and operating systems.
