I am managing HP Thin Clients t730. Have never seen such a poor support from the call center.
After opening a ticket 3 days ago "for clients not detecting in the console" and not getting any answers, got an email today asking to update the HPDM to SP11.
HPDM updated fine, but gateway show as outdated. When trying to update, i am getting an error "Unable to download files for updating the gateway.
I am thinking it might be blocked by the proxy. What are the requirement i need to pass to the network team to have the ability to update the gateway?
Thank you

It's clear HP has lost focus on it's thin client division.
You may have a version of the Thin Client that is not supported by your service pack. Rather than deal with the proxy and HPs notoriously bad FTP site, try to run the SP11 upgrade on the gateway itself?

I'm sorry to have you into this trouble. May I ask
- What is the HPDM Gateway version you're upgrading from
- Have you 'Test' the repository to validate the connectivity before sending the task?
My opinions are my own, and do not express those of HPI.
