Product: HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

As of a week ago upon boot up - CPU and GPU fans now both run at 100% even before loading to Windows. Latest bios installed and pc cleaned. No option in bios to control fan speed and so far third party software appears unable to control fan speed either
