Product: HP t740 Thin Client (5PD46AV)
Is there anyway to configure "Capture" Tasks to be sent to the Child Repository in the DMZ instead of to the Master Repository in a companies intranet? How are other companies working around this limitation? I find it hard to believe companies are opening up their firewall to allow ftp/sftp traffic from "any" external IP to their internal master repository. Per HP's documentation:
"Protocols for file transfer between the HPDM Agents and the Master Repository Controller.
A Capture File task always capture files to the Master Repository. If the Master Repository is in the corporate intranet, outside devices cannot connect to the Master Repository."
