Hello, I want to add another USB-C port to my little Desktop Mini, and of course the only option is to change my Flex IO Card. I have a Displayport Card in there now, but I have an HP  docking adapter to plug in with another Displayport port for that. What I need guidance on today is a definitive list of which Flex IO Cards for USB-C Ports and/or Thunderbolt 3 Ports are compatible with my motherboard. I have looked up all the references I can find, and have purchased two, but neither fits. I don't want to start purchasing the rest of the options available, because I can't rule out some malfunction of what I buy or my particular motherboard. So could some HP Parts Expert please respond with the definitive list for me? Would you also make a list for a nearly identical G6 800 DM I could obtain if I have to? Thank you in advance!

your specific model requires the newer rev 2 flex-io modules

the modules rev 1 and rev 2 differ in size/shape

rev 2 module for G5 and newer

not the original rev 1 modules that were for the earlier revisions

of the elitedesk 800 series like the G4 and older

rev 1 for g4 and older
