Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

HelloI have an HP PROLIANT ML 350 GEN 10 server with Windows Server 2016 installed.I forgot the Administrator password for Windows. I wanted to change it. I created a bootable USB drive. I manually booted from the drive, the Windows installation started. I clicked on Repair the computer, then I clicked on command prompt. But I noticed that the server's hard drives are not recognized. How can I load the disk drivers?

per HP forum rules no posts related to bypassing/cracking passwords is allowed

 

you can contact HP support directly by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of this page

 

or you can contact a HP authorised service center,  in either case have proof on hand showing you are either the owner of the system or a authorised person allowed to access the system
