Product: HP ProDesk 400 G6 Small Form Factor PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a 3.5mm audio splitter cable, single to double 3.5mm and hoped that it will resolve my issues of headphone microphone not working on this PC, but now when connected through splitter to front panel audio jack it doesn't even recognize that microphone is plugged in.
Serial number for audio splitter is CCA-415-O.1M

 

Any luck or ways to fix this problem?
