Hello,

 

I have reviewed specs for your HP system and after evaluation it appears that the system is able to support the card;  but my concerns are with the following information below in reference to your HP Power Supply (400w) and your Memory (4 GB). 

 

Compatible as per the information below:

 

 HP Z240 

 

Systemboard: PCIe3 x16 (dual ports)
Power Supply: 400w

System Memory:

4GB Minimum (6 GB recommended)

 

 

Minimum NVidia Card GTX 1060 specifications:

HP System specifications:
