Can I upgrade my graphics card to rtx 00? What is the highest graphics card I can use for my laptop?

Unfortunately, your laptop does not have upgradable graphic components.
Save your money and get a desktop gaming system that has good ventilation for cooling.
I found the hard way that gaming on laptops causes the battery to overheat, swelling up, and ruining my system by popping out components that cannot be replaced.
BTW, the gtx-1060 is an excellent gaming board. You would need to upgrade to rtx 20xx to make a difference in gaming.
