Hello,
I'm getting a notice that graphics card (Quardio 5000) is incompatible. Direct X feature level 11.0 available, feature level 12.0 required. I did updates but still have windows 10. I'm unable to upgrade to 11 due to a TPM issue. I updated BIOS driver without luck. Is it really my graphics card? I'm willing to update but I have an HP Z620. I'd really like to get a top line graphics card but worry about the processor and motherboard upgrades as well. I'm trying to find charts for compatibility and where to go from here. I got this computer refurbished in 2020-ish time frame. Just need help where to start.

According to Tech Power Up, that card supports
direct x 12 quote "s GF100-850-A3 variant, the card supports DirectX 12. "

What is incompatible? What application or program will not run?
I have a GTX-1070 in my Z400, your z620 should have no problem with any of the RTX boards. Find one in your budget.
Go here to install windows 11 on your system

I was trying to run my Adobe Photoshop which will run but now lags when I'm working on a project. My HP Z620 doesn't seem to have a TPM so it can't update to Windows 11. I will look into the RTX boards to resolve the GPU issue, do you think a new processor would be needed?

The price on gtx and rtx have really dropped. If you click on that tech power up link you can then scroll the graphic card list and pick out a board that fits your budget. Be sure to check the power supply requirements
What CPU do you have? I found the following upgrade list any of which are under USD 50 on eBay

older versions of windows 10 do not support the latest directX 12 releases check if you have this problem and if so follow the directions to update your win 10 to the latest build
Step 1. Press Windows + R, type winver, and press Enter to check which version of Windows 10 is installed on your computer.
If your Windows 10 version is Version 2004 or higher, then you can download DirectX 12 Ultimate on your computer. If your OS version number is lower than 2004, then you can only get DirectX 12 downloaded on your Windows 10 computer.
Step 2. Then click Start -> Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update, and click Check for updates button. Windows will automatically download and display newer versions of Windows 10. You can update your Windows 10 OS to a newer version that is higher than Version 2004.
To check your current Windows 10 version after Windows Update, you can type winver in Run dialog again.
Step 3. After updating Windows 10 to a higher version than 2004, you can now downloaded and install the latest DirectX 12 from the microsoft updates onto your Windows 10 computer.
last the z x20 series of workstations while not meeting the ms specs for win 111 can install/run that os by downloading the MS "ISO" image (do not select the usb key option) then use the program called "rufus" to read the downloaded ISO and create a patched win 11 USB Key installer that bypasses the win 11 hardware checks during the OS install
