Ultra slim docking station
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I just transferred my office equipment to work from home and it consists of docking an HP Probook to an ultra slim docking station. Everything was working fine without a hitch at the office and then when I unplugged everything and set up at home the docking station won’t appear to boot up. I’ve unplugged and replugged multiple times even disconnected the AC cord and reconnected. There is no power light, however when I dock the laptop and press the power button it will turn the laptop on but that’s it, it won’t turn on or anything I tried plugging in a monitor that just says “no signal” what am I doing wrong?

thank you

you don't list the laptop, monitor or docking station model numbers, you also fail to state which video interface is used (displayport, HDMI, thunderbolt and so on)

therefore it's next to impossible to provide useful help
