Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hi, I am currently having an issue with the thin clients on our network we need to see if they are on or not so we can do some testing but their "active" status within HP device manager is not working. For example there will be multiple devices that are on but HPDM will show they are offline.

To add to this further when trying to configure the gateway it will not let me set a poll interval/poll batch.

Did you ever find a solution to your issue? I'm having a similiar issue. HP Device Manager is showing a thin client as active, but that thin client isn't on the network and shows a "Last Time Online" date of 10 months ago.
