HP ENVY 13 Hinge and screen broken

Hi HP Team, 
I have purchased HP ENVY 13, Product name : ba0003tu laptop in Nov 2020, unfortunately it is now out of warranty, it has been working perfectly and all of sudden it has  Hinge brakeage without being dropped from heights and I tried to open it slowly and screen has a crack now but still working(partially in open state). Please help me with the fix or provide me the best service center near Den Haag, Netherlands? I tried to check for HP service center but didn't find any.
